Highly recommend this melatonin supplement. I take 180 mg at night for chronic migraines and it’s been life changing. It provides EXCELLENT cognitive support. I started using it after that same dosage stopped my husband’s daily mini strokes triggered by a blockage in his cerebellum that his neurologist couldn’t treat, and occurred daily until we tried the 180 mg dosage. Lower dosages didn’t work, so that’s the dosage I use as well.
IT really stops my cancer from spreading

I ordered this for my daughter who is going through Infusions and chemo for cancer. I heard that Melatonin helps with the effects of cancer treatment, and so far, she says that her symptoms are hardly noticeable when taking this product. I'm planning on ordering more.

These 60 mg capsules are larger and with an "off-white"powder inside which looks very different from the 60 mg Melatonin Max I was originally getting thru Amazon...not sure why the change in size and appearance but, so far, it seems to be working as expected.
